3 Things U can do right now to improve your look

3 Things U can do right now to improve your look

We all want to look our best — to put the best version of ourselves out into the world.

The good news is it doesn't take much. No complicated routines, no expensive products, no hours in front of a mirror. It starts and ends with the basics — and if you get those right, everything else follows.

Here are three things you can start doing right now that will make a noticeable difference to how you look and feel every single day.

01

Wash & Clean

Body, hair, and face — done properly.

02

Regular Haircut

Fresh hair changes how you carry yourself.

03

Facial Hair

Whether you have it or not — maintain it.

Step One

Wash & Clean

And we don't just mean stand in the shower. There's a right way to do this — and most guys are skipping the steps that actually matter.

Body Shower — morning and night +

A quick shower in the morning and evening with a good bodywash is the single most impactful hygiene habit you can build.

Morning showers wake you up, reset your skin, and set the tone for the day. Evening showers wash off everything you've picked up — sweat, pollutants, dead skin — so you're not sleeping in it.

✕ What most guys do

  • One shower a day, maybe
Usually whenever it's convenient, not when it's needed.
  • Bar soap on everything
Bar soap strips the skin. A proper bodywash keeps it balanced.
  • Skipping the evening wash
You're sleeping in everything your skin collected during the day.

✓ The right approach

  • Quick shower morning and night — 5 minutes each
  • Use a quality bodywash — not bar soap
  • Finish with cool water to close pores
Hair Shampoo, condition — head and face +

Shampoo cleans. Conditioner keeps the hair healthy, manageable, and less prone to breakage. Both matter — and that includes your beard.

Most guys shampoo their head hair and completely ignore their beard. Without conditioning, beard hair gets coarse, dry, and itchy.

Shampoo

Clears buildup — product, oil, sweat. Use 3–4 times a week, not every day. Over-washing strips natural oils.

Conditioner

Restores moisture and smooths the hair shaft. Makes head hair easier to style and beard hair softer. Use every wash.

Face Hair

Your beard needs the same treatment as your head hair. Work conditioner through, leave a minute, rinse.

Face Cleanser and moisturiser — every day +

Your face takes more punishment than any other part of your body — sun, wind, shaving, sweat. A basic two-step routine keeps it in good shape.

This isn't complicated. Cleanser removes grime and oil. Moisturiser keeps the skin barrier intact. Takes 60 seconds. Do it morning and night.

Face Cleanser

  • Removes oil, sweat and daily buildup
  • Prevents blocked pores and breakouts
  • Use morning and night — 30 seconds each time

Moisturiser

  • Keeps the skin barrier healthy and hydrated
  • Reduces redness and irritation after shaving
  • Apply straight after cleansing while skin is damp

Tip: apply moisturiser immediately after cleansing while your skin is still slightly damp — it locks in moisture more effectively than applying to dry skin.

Step Two

Regular Haircut

Getting a fresh cut changes how you feel almost immediately. Clean, well-maintained hair lifts everything else — how you carry yourself, how you come across to other people.

01

How Often

Every 3–4 weeks for short styles. Every 6–8 weeks for longer hair. Don't wait until it looks bad — stay ahead of it.

02

Do It At Home

A good clipper set makes home cuts easy. Grades and guides take the guesswork out of it — it's not as hard as most people think.

03

What You Need

A quality clipper with multiple grade attachments covers most cuts. TRANSFORM-U has a clipper for every need and budget.

Step Three

Facial Hair

Whether you want it or don't — taking care of the hair on your face is non-negotiable. Untamed facial hair reads as neglect, not style.

There are three ways to approach it. All of them are valid. The only wrong move is not doing anything at all.

Three beard styles — full beard, stubble, clean shave
Option A

Shave

Remove all the hair for a clean, close result. A smooth shave looks sharp, reads as put-together, and takes under 5 minutes with the right tool.

Option B

Trim

Keep the hair, control the length. A beard trimmer lets you set the length and maintain a consistent look. The difference between well-kept and untidy is 10 minutes.

Option C

Trim + Shave

The best of both. Use a grooming kit to maintain length where you want it and remove it where you don't. Full control — one device, multiple results.

The Right Tool

Makes All The Difference

Whichever approach you go with — shave, trim, or both — the result depends entirely on what you're using. A tool that doesn't suit your skin or your style makes the routine feel like a chore. And routines that feel like a chore don't last.

When the tool fits, it's different. The routine becomes automatic. You stop thinking about it and just do it — and that's when you actually start to see the results.

5 min

Clean Shave

Sharp, put-together look with the right shaver — start to finish.

10 min

Beard Trim

Consistent length, clean edges — a trimmer with the right grades does the work.

One kit

Trim + Shave

Full control over length and removal — one grooming kit, multiple results.

What to look for in a grooming tool

  • Suits your skin and hair type — the wrong blade or foil setup causes irritation and kills the habit fast.
  • Covers your use case — if you need beard, body, and nose, a single-purpose tool won't cut it.
  • Easy to maintain — rechargeable, easy to clean, built to last. The simpler the upkeep, the more likely you'll actually use it.
Our Recommendation

One kit.

Everything covered.

The SuperClose+ Stainless Steel Kit is the standout. Beard, body, nose, ears — one device handles it all. Waterproof, self-sharpening stainless steel blade, USB-C rechargeable.

If you're serious about sorting your grooming out properly, this is the one to get.
