How long does shipping take within Australia?

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping usually arrives within 1–3 business days.

You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes within Australia.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. Please contact us immediately at support@transformu.com.au with your order number.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Contact us urgently. If your order hasn't shipped, we can update the address. If already dispatched, we'll assist you in coordinating with the courier.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor delivery progress.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 21 days of purchase. Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
How do I request a return?

Email support@transformu.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
