The taper lever lets U fine-tune the cutting length between guide comb sizes — anywhere from 0.8mm to 2mm — without swapping combs. It's great for blending and fading between lengths.
The Ultra Power comes with 6 guide combs covering lengths from 1.5mm to 13mm (#0.5, #1, #1.5, #2, #3, #4). That gives U a solid range whether U are doing a full cut, a short buzz, or just a tidy-up.
