Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At TRANSFORM-U we believe we should offer the customer the best possible advice and customer service. If something that you have purchased at TRANSFORM-U isn't right, or if you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have guaranteed rights for the goods you purchase from TRANSFORM-U. These rights cannot be excluded and apply over and above this policy.

Although we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we can refund the purchase price or exchange products purchased at TRANSFORM-U subject to the following conditions:

• Returned within 21 days of purchase with your proof of purchase
• Item must be in original condition (including packaging) and not used
• Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind

If you request a refund, the original purchase price will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions above.

If something that you have purchased is unsafe; incorrectly described; doesn't do what we said it would; or has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it, you can return this product for a full refund or exchange.

If the problem is not major or can be easily fixed, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or replace it.

If you wish to return a product during a trial period offered by a manufacturer for reasons other than the product being faulty, you need to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
